[19:30] Is a Vegan diet good for those with Type 2? The Vegan diet is probably the healthiest diet you can have. Type 2 is a problem of too much; too much fat, carbs, insulin, etc. It’s a toxicity. If your Vegan diet is living on sugar and grains, you haven’t fixed the problem. If your Vegan diet is living on vegetables, greens, fiber, etc. than that is a diet that is not only sustainable, but it’s also really good for Diabetes.
