I had intended to tell everyone that bromelain enzyme, found in RAW pineapple and papaya or supplement form, dissolved my coronary blockage in less than 6 weeks, dropped my blood pressure from 201/104 to 134/80 and my blood thickness from 2.8 to 1.0 all in just 3 weeks, and reduced my joint/tissue swelling and pain–and it is also a selective prostaglandin inhibitor, inhibiting only the “bad” ones but not the colds/flu-fighting ones, and it inhibits Cox-1, Cox-2, and 5-LOX, plus it reduces only the “bad” homocysteine that causes vascular plaque, and it is an apoptotic–that is, it eats through tough outer cancer cell walls and causes the cancer cells inside to implode without harming normal cells (cancer cells have a different chemical fingerprint as I recall reading), and it was studied for Lewis lung cancer cells & found very effective. All this safely–and I was a high-risk heart attack survivor. Saved me from a stent or bypass operation.
I was also going to mention that a heavily salted lemon half to suck on will take away sore throat pain in less than 5 sucks.
